By accessing and using Kiki Writing IELTS Learning Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Kiki Writing is an IELTS preparation platform that offers:

• Expert-curated IELTS learning materials and practice resources
• AI-powered essay grading with detailed scoring breakdowns
• Professional evaluation of writing tasks with detailed feedback
• Personalized recommendations for writing improvement
• Comprehensive progress tracking and performance analytics
• Interactive learning tools focused on IELTS writing skills

Important Note: We curate educational content including YouTube videos to enhance your learning experience. All YouTube content is displayed through the official YouTube Player API in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not create, own, or claim ownership of any YouTube content - all videos remain the property of their respective creators and are subject to YouTube's terms of service. Users must comply with YouTube's terms of service when viewing embedded content through our platform.

3. User Accounts

Account Authentication

• Authentication is exclusively provided through trusted third-party providers (Google)
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One account per person is permitted

Account Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your third-party account used for authentication
• Ensure your linked third-party account remains active and secure
• Report any changes to your third-party account that may affect platform access

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share account credentials with others
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute our platform technology
• Claim ownership of or redistribute any curated content
• Use the curated content for commercial purposes outside of your personal education

5. Intellectual Property

Platform Features

• Our platform technology, user interface, and curation systems are our property
• You receive a limited license to use our platform for personal educational purposes
• Reproduction or distribution of our platform technology is prohibited

Curated Content

• We curate and redistribute educational content including YouTube videos for educational purposes only
• We do not create, own, or claim ownership of any curated educational content
• All curated content remains the property of their respective creators
• Curated content is subject to the original creators' rights and their respective platforms' terms of service
• We act solely as a curator to enhance your educational experience
• If you are a content creator and wish to have your content removed, please contact us

Your Content

• You retain rights to any content you submit to the platform
• By submitting content, you grant us license to use it for platform improvement purposes
• We may use anonymized submissions for educational examples and analysis

6. Payment Terms

Premium Plan

• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Premium plan fees are charged in advance for fixed periods ranging from 1 month to 12 months
• Premium plan is a one-time payment
• Payment is non-recurring and does not auto-renew

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial payment
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refunds will not be granted if there is evidence of system abuse (e.g., repeated pattern of purchasing, using, and requesting refunds)
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests from users who have previously received refunds

Consumer Rights: This refund policy does not limit any consumer guarantees or rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction. If our service is faulty or not fit for purpose, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by these terms

7. Platform Availability

Service Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions

Technical Requirements

• Users are responsible for compatible devices and internet connectivity
• Browser and system requirements may change over time

8. Limitation of Liability

Educational Outcomes

• We provide access to curated educational content but cannot guarantee IELTS score improvements
• Success depends on individual effort and circumstances
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

Platform Usage

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months
